Situated one block from Nicewod Drive is our new subdivision, Heather Heights. There are 26 building lots on Kenneth Drive.

We are willing to sell a few of our lots to individuals and builders like you. Lot prices range from $79,900 to $84,900. Sizes of the lots for sale average around 10,000 square feet.

Our plan is to build ranchers around 1500 square feet and two stories at least 1800 square feet with an oversized garage. The homes that we anticipate building in Heather Heights will be in the $300,000 range.
