We picked out our plans and in 2001 set out to find a lot and builder to make our dream a reality. We spoke with several builders and visited several building sights. After carefully considering out choices we chose Lotz Realty Company Inc. to build our home. We showed David Lotz the changes that we wanted incorporated and discussed how it was to be situated on the lot. My wife and I were very happy with the building process.

We visited the site often and David Lotz always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were thrilled at the finished product. In fact we were so please with his work, that in 2009 we asked him to build an addition on our home for my in-laws. I made a sketch of the floor plan that we wanted. David took the rough sketch and make several suggestions to make the addition blend in with the original home. In a few days he was back with a detailed drawing. We were excited with the way it looked. This building project also went very well and my in-laws could not be happier with the results.
